Uxbridge Business Improvement District (BID) was launched on the 1st October 2017 and will deliver over £2.5 million of investment to the area over a five-year period, funded by businesses and controlled by businesses.

A BID for Uxbridge will be focused on ensuring our town is a fantastic location in which to shop, socialise, work, and live.

Attendees left with fresh positive ideas surrounding not only appraisals, but how to make the working environment of a company more productive.

01/11/18 – ‘Ditch the Annual Appraisal‘ – by Parkside Recruitment

Lightbulb presents ‘Ditch The Traditional Performance Appraisal: Managing Performance for Overnight Results’ in partnership with Parkside Recruitment.

They will discuss why the traditional performance appraisal doesn’t work and what to do instead as well as debating the importance of going beyond the cliché of SMART objectives.

The event begins at 8:30 for breakfast bites and drinks. The talk commences at 9:00 – 10:00.

22/11/18 – ‘Annual Levy Player Meeting‘ – by Uxbridge BID

Uxbridge BID invites you, as a valued Levy Payer, to attend their forthcoming Annual Levy Payer Meeting.

The event gives you the opportunity to hear first-hand about the achievements of the BID in it’s first year, and to look forward to an exciting year ahead.
